Prices for a bra range from €39.95 to €120 💰. In your questionnaire, you can indicate the maximum price you wish to spend on a bra, and your Lingerie Guide will absolutely keep this in mind.

That would be a shame, but no worries! We then have two options:

1) We review your feedback and see if we can curate a new package for you.

2) You choose not to buy anything, and in that case, you pay nothing. You simply send all the items back and receive your €25 deposit back. We really hope your Lingerie Guide can work together with you to find some top "catches"! 👙

We offer items from A to O-cup and European band sizes 60 to 115. For panties, we range from size 36 or XS up to 52 or 5XL. In short, we have items in (almost) all sizes, shapes, and colors! 🟣 🟪 💜

We ask for a €25 deposit when you order your box. It's a bit like the deposit you pay when you rent skis, our beautiful bras are worth that and so much more! 😍⛷️

The deposit serves as insurance so we can continue to offer this service to as many people as possible. But our entire service is ultimately 100% free and you pay no shipping or other fees! 🎉 You'll receive the full deposit back within a maximum of 14 calendar days, onc we have successfully received your return in good condition AND the items you wish to keep have been paid for.

Don't worry, lots of people don't know their bra size, and honestly: we don't really believe in the concept of "a bra size" either. 🤷 Every brand, every shape, and every collection runs differently. That's why you can simply answer "no idea" to the size questions in the questionnaire. We'll figure it out together! 💖

We work with 14 different top brands, in different price ranges, from €39.95 up to €120 for a top bra 😍.

Some of these brands are: Marie Jo, PrimaDonna, Chantelle, Wacoal, Andres Sarda, Twist, Elomi, Fantasie, Freya, Strawberry Secrets, Lisca etc.

Your box will contain an average of about 4 different brands.

Absolutely! 🩲 In the questionnaire you choose from three options:

1) You'd like a matching panty with every bra.
2) You'd only like panties with certain colours.
3) You'd prefer no panties at all.

Your first box will only include bras, but we do take your panty preferences into account when picking them. Once you've found your dream bras, you can browse and order the matching panties yourself in your digital wardrobe.

You'll find a flyer in your box with a QR code that takes you to your digital fitting room. Through this, you'll receive all kinds of videos and advice on how to try things on, and why your Lingerie Guide made certain choices for you.

The questionnaire and moodboard give us a starting point to work from. From there, one of our amazing Lingerie Guides takes over and gets to work. We read every answer carefully 🧠, including any extra emails or notes you send us, so we can put together the most beautiful selection for you.

Your first box is bras only. Once you've found your dream bras, your digital wardrobe opens up and you can browse and order the matching panties yourself. 🌟

We do take into account your panty preferences when selecting the bras so that if you love thongs, we make sure the bras we recommend also have matching thongs available. 🧠
